What I Love About This Deviled Eggs With Francis Bacon Recipe
My top motives for LOVING those deviled eggs are:
They’re rich, creamy perfection with a satisfyingly salty topping. It’s a taste bomb that nobody can face up to!
In below 40 mins, you can tough boil those babies, whip up the filling and dad the sort of sweet deviled eggs with bacon into your mouth! It may be even faster if you already have boiled eggs ready to move!

- 12 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Low Carb Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
- 2 Teaspoons Dijon
- 2 Tablespoon Chives chopped
- 1/4 Cup Bacon cooked + crumbled
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Cover eggs with 1 1/2” of water in a large saucepan, and bring water to a boil.
Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and cover it with a lid. Set aside, and allow the eggs to cook like this for 18 minutes.
While cooking, prepare a large bowl with ice and cold water.
Remove eggs from the saucepan and place them in the ice bath using a slotted spoon. Allow them to chill for 5 minutes.
Peel the eggs.
Cut each egg in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the yolks from each egg and place them inside a large bowl.
Add low carb Greek yogurt (or mayo), mustard, chives, bacon, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
Use a spoon to add egg yolk combo to the center of each egg white. Alternatively, you can scoop this combo into a resealable bag and cut a small hole in the tip (like a makeshift pastry bag), to add the yolk to the center of each egg white.
Sprinkle with additional bacon and chives, and enjoy!
